Order Cancellation

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging so we can review your request promptly.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Cryptocurrency payments will be refunded to the wallet address provided by the customer after verification.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or blockchain network.
